I think a “support group” for these cool products would be awesome. I’ve ordered the sauna blanket and red light belt. Excited to try them and keep building my collection as the budget allows. The torch pro you highlighted looks really interesting! Would love to try it out. Thanks Angie.

I have never used red light therapy before. Does the light heat up? Will I need to limit exposure time?
