What is PEMF?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to stimulate cellular function and promote healing.     • Application: Enhances muscle recovery, reduces fatigue, and prevents injuries in athletes by improving circulation and tissue repair.

Safety and Considerations

PEMF is generally safe, with no significant side effects reported in most studies. However, it is contraindicated for individuals with pacemakers, implanted electronic devices, epilepsy, active bleeding disorders, or pregnancy due to potential interference or lack of safety data. Mild side effects, such as tingling or temporary discomfort, may occur but typically resolve with adjusted settings.
