I’ve been thinking a lot lately about why some people pour money into supplements, treatments, protocols, and even the best practitioners… yet still don’t see the healing they’re hoping for.
Here’s what I’ve learned from my own journey: No one else can heal you. Only your body has the innate intelligence to heal itself — our job is to provide the materials and conditions it needs, while avoiding interference from poisons like pharmaceutical drugs that are used as an attempt to outsmart the body’s wisdom, as if that were possible.
I just spent 4 intense weeks in Tijuana at the Holistic Care Clinic with Dr. Bergman and his team — up to 4 adjustments daily plus treatments like stem cell injections in my hips. I came home feeling incredible. Two months later, my diet has stayed 99% clean, but if I skip consistent exercise, my vibration plate, rebounding, red light therapy, fresh air, and sunlight… I feel myself start to regress.
The truth is, most of us already know these foundations. We’ve heard them from every natural health practitioner out there. But we don’t always absorb just how important they are:
-
Clean up your diet — ditch the processed foods, sugars, “vegetable/seed” oils, and excess carbs. Eat real, whole foods. Drink lots of good clean water and read labels!
-
Manage stress (this one is way bigger than most people realize).
-
Try intermittent fasting or longer fasts when it feels right.
-
Move your body regularly (vibration plate, rebounding, and whatever feels good).
-
Support hydration and gentle cleansing — add liquid chlorophyll or fresh green juices to help clean the blood.
-
Take daily supplements, especially minerals (our soils are depleted and we’re made of minerals).
-
Get outside for fresh air and natural sunlight.
When you build this strong daily foundation, your body becomes primed. Supplements work better. Treatments land more effectively. New information you find has a much better chance of helping.
It’s tempting to look for the next magic pill or procedure. But real, lasting healing happens when we partner with our bodies instead of outsourcing everything.
You don’t have to be perfect. Just start where you are and do a little better each day. Your body will thank you — and it will show you what it’s truly capable of.
Who’s with me on recommitting to the basics this week?
